摘要
本研究基于标准化视角,以D超市电商平台为例,探究了肇庆市电商海鲜类产品冷链物流标准化建设问题,从完善冷藏库信息化建设、强化海鲜产品储存管理、加强超市员工标准化培训、健全惩罚管理制度四个方面提出相应对策。本研究对进一步规范肇庆市超市电商海鲜类产品冷链物流具有一定的意义。
Based on the perspective of standardization,this study takes D supermarket e-commerce platform as an example to explore the standardization construction of e-commerce seafood products cold chain logistics in Zhaoqing,and improve the punishment management system and put forward corresponding countermeasures in four aspects. This research has certain significance for further standardizing the cold chain logistics of seafood products in supermarket e-commerce in Zhaoqing City.
