摘要
辽宁省地方标准DB21/T 2904—2018《秸秆颗粒加工成套设备 质量评价技术规范》于2018年颁布实施。该标准是国内第一部秸秆颗粒加工成套设备地方标准。为推动标准的贯彻实施,提高标准的应用效果,发挥标准在行业的引领性作用,标准起草小组对标准的主要内容予以解读。
Liaoning Provincial Local Standard Technical specification for quality evaluation of straw granule processing equipment(DB21/T 2904—2018)was issued and implemented in 2018. This standard is the first local standard of straw granule processing equipment in China. In order to promote the implementation of the standard,improve the application effect of the standard,and play a leading role in the industry,the standard drafting group interpreted the main contents of the standard.
