摘要 本文以316L不锈钢表面污染物激光清洗工艺试验为主要研究内容,基于多晶硅还原炉的主要工作环境,对其主要使用材料316L不锈钢开展防腐蚀性试验分析。以脉冲激光清洗技术为主,对照多种相关检测技术,分析不同清洗技术对316L不锈钢耐腐蚀性能的提升机制。结果表明:经过激光清洗后的316L不锈钢表面不仅拥有更高的整洁度,同时其耐腐蚀性也获得一定提升。该研究对相关领域的不锈钢表面清洗工作提供一定参考。 Based on the main working environment of polycrystalline silicon reduction furnace, the anti-corrosion test of 316L stainless steel,which is the main material,is carried out in this paper. Based on the pulse laser cleaning technology,the mechanism of improving the corrosion resistance of 316L stainless steel by different cleaning technologies was analyzed by comparing with various related detection technologies. The results show that the surface of 316L stainless steel after laser cleaning not only has higher cleanliness,but also its corrosion resistance has been improved. This study provides a reference for the surface cleaning of stainless steel in related fields.
