本文叙述了喷丸表面粗糙度标准样块的测量过程,分析了喷丸表面粗糙度标准块的特点,选取测量设备进行测量试验,研究标准块原始表面状态、测量条件、测量项目和测量方法等内容,并提出具体实施步骤,为指导测量过程提供技术依据。

This paper described the research process of shot peening surface roughness measurement standard sample piece,and selected the measurement equipment for the test,studied the original surface state of the standard sample piece,the conditions,items and methods of the measurement,and gave some specific implementation steps,provided the technical basis to guide the measurement process.
