Nowadays,more and more people keep pets, and people pay more and more attention to pet food. The pet food industry is developing rapidly,and texture testing items have been introduced to ensure the quality of pet food,which provides the basis for the application of texture analyzers. This paper first lists the application cases of texture analyzers in different industries,and then introduces the application of texture analyzers in four main testing items of pet food in detail,and puts forward prospects for its future development.
