改革开放以来国内城乡建设和住房制度改革进程加快,住房与城乡建设在我国的城市发展中起着极为重要的推进作用。本文根据国内住房和城乡建设发展概况,分析适合当前经济发展趋势的规划策略,破解住房和城乡建设中的瓶颈问题,寻求切实可行绿色可持续发展的长效机制。

Since the reform and opening up,the process of domestic urban and rural construction and housing system reform has accelerated. Housing and urban and rural construction play an extremely important role in promoting urban development in various regions of China. According to the development situation of domestic housing and urban-rural construction,this paper analyzes the planning strategies suitable for the current economic development trend,solves the bottleneck problems in housing and urban-rural construction,and seeks a practical long-term mechanism for green and sustainable development.
