分析了带式输送机回程“甩带煤”清理技术现状,设计了基于空气炮技术的带式输送机自动清扫箱,开发了电气控制系统PLC程序。通过实践应用表明,该技术能够有效解决带式输送机回程“甩带煤”问题,对于保障设备稳定、改善作业环境具有良好效果。

Analysis of the current situation of "dumping coal" cleaning technology of belt conveyor in coal port,the design of automatic cleaning box of belt conveyor based on air cannon technology,and the development of PLC program of electrical control system.The practical application shows that this technology can effectively solve the problem of "dumping coal" on the return journey of belt conveyor,which has good effect to ensure the stability of equipment and improve the operating environment.
