摘要
针对某煤矿辅助运输顺槽半煤岩巷现有吊环式前探梁结构临时支护存在的控顶距离短、无主动支撑力、控顶效果不佳等问题,开展了长距离临时支护技术设计,得到了“循环组合梁式”临时支护方法。应用结果表明,新的临时支护方法使控顶长度提高3倍,单班掘进距离提高近30%,为煤炭企业创造了更多的经济效益。
Aiming at the problems of short roof control distance,no active support force and poor roof control effect of the existing temporary support of hanging ring type front explorer beam structure in a coal auxiliary transport tunnel,the design of long distance temporary support technology was carried out and the "cyclic combination beam type" temporary support method was obtained.The application results show that the new temporary support method has increased the length of roof control by 3 times and the distance of single-shift digging by nearly 30%,creating more economic benefits for coal enterprises.
