摘要
为降低带式输送机托辊运行中的故障,进而实现输送机的平稳运行,对托辊结构进行优化改进,选择在托辊辊皮的中间位置焊接圆环来减小跨度,并对比分析改进前和改进后辊皮位移和轴向位移分布的变化情况。结果表明,经过改进能够明显降低辊皮的位移变形值,且辊皮上同一位置处的轴向位移分布值也大幅减小,位移分布更加均匀,大幅提升了辊皮的性能。
In order to reduce the failure of the belt conveyor rollers and to achieve smooth operation of the conveyor,the structure of the rollers was optimized and improved by welding rings in the middle of the roller skins to reduce the span.The improvement can significantly reduce the displacement deformation value of the roller skin,and the axial displacement distribution value at the same position on the roller skin is also greatly reduced,and the displacement distribution is more uniform,which greatly improves the performance of the roller skin.
