复合材料风力机叶片疲劳载荷分析方法及工程应用 被引量:2

摘要 为了确保风力机正常运行,风力机设计过程中必须对叶片进行疲劳寿命分析。阐述了复合材料风力机叶片疲劳寿命的分析方法,以5 MW复合材料叶片为例进行了工程应用验证。依据叶片翼型数据建立复合材料叶片几何模型,并参照GL规范用GH-bladed定义风力机及其风况、工况参数;数据筛选并处理叶片的疲劳载荷,用有限元分析软件对叶片进行静力分析;将应力计算结果导入疲劳分析软件,并根据复合材料疲劳损伤理论建立载荷时间历程、设定材料属性和定义求解算法,从而完成叶片疲劳分析,依据Miner理论计算叶片寿命。实例分析结果表明:该方法适用于复合材料叶片的疲劳分析。 Wind turbine blades are prone to fatigue damage due to the influence of complex environment during operation.In this paper,the blade of 5MW wind turbine is analyzed.Under GL specification,GH-Bladed is used to define the parameters of the wind turbine and load conditions,and the fatigue load spectrum of the blade is calculated according to the data screening and post-processing results.The stress calculation results were imported into FE-Safe,and according to the composite fatigue theory,the time history of load was established,the material properties were set,and the algorithm and other parameters were defined for fatigue analysis of wind turbine blades.The life of wind turbine blade is calculated by Miner theory.The simulation results show that the blade meets the design requirements.
