摘要
采用AMESim与ADAMS联合仿真分析的方案,对液压支架的机液联合动态特性进行了分析,为后续优化液压支架液压及机械系统提供了理论依据,同时也证明了采用机液联合仿真能够有效地对液压支架的工作特性进行分析,为提高液压支架设计可靠性提供了指导。
This paper adopts AMESim and ADAMS joint simulation analysis scheme to analyse the combined mechanical and hydraulic dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic support.This paper provides a theoretical basis for the subsequent optimization of the hydraulic and mechanical system of the hydraulic support,and also proves that the joint simulation can effectively analyze the working characteristics of the hydraulic support,which provides guidance for improving the reliability of the hydraulic support design.
