摘要
针对矿井提升机系统的动态特性,应用ADAMS与AMESim软件联合对其制动系统的动态特性进行仿真分析,并获得提升机在紧急制动过程中液压系统主要参数对于主轴装置运行的变化情况,从而得到对其制动性能的影响规律,进而实现提升机提升系统的稳定安全性,保证矿井人员和设备的安全生产。
In view of the dynamic characteristics of the mine hoist system,the application software ADAMS and AMESim jointly simulate and analyze the dynamic characteristics of its braking system,and obtain the changes of the main parameters of the hydraulic system on the operation of the main shaft device during the emergency braking process of the hoist,so as to obtain the influence law on its braking performance,and then realize the stability and safety of the hoist lifting system to ensure the safety of mine personnel and This will ensure the safe production of mine personnel and equipment.
