摘要
针对霍州煤电集团A矿208采煤工作面在正常回采作业中存在煤壁不稳定、片帮现象严重的问题,基于208采煤工作面工程概况,通过试验力学参数测试、理论计算以及现场监测等方法,找出了影响煤壁片帮的主要因素,并基于这些因素重点提出了一些控制煤壁片帮的措施。经现场应用监测发现,通过综合应用这些控制煤壁片帮的措施,30 d内该工作面只出现了13次片帮现象,相比于没有优化前减少了84%。该研究可为防治其他煤矿的综采工作面煤壁片帮现象提供依据。
In view of the problem of unstable coal wall and serious flaking phenomenon in the normal mining operation of 208 coal mining working face of Huozhou Coal and Electricity Group A Mine,based on the project profile of this working face,the main factors affecting the flaking of coal wall were identified through testing mechanical parameters,theoretical calculation and field monitoring,and some measures to control the flaking of coal wall were proposed based on these factors,which were monitored by field application.It was found that after the comprehensive application of these measures,only 13 instances of flaking occurred on the working face within 30 days,which was 84%less than before the optimization,which provides references for similar situation.
