摘要
为了提升采煤机截齿截割效率,选择PFC3D数值模拟软件建立煤壁模型,对不同截割参数下的截割效果进行分析,分别总结出推进阻力随截割距离变化趋势、不同截割角下截割阻力和截割比能耗随截割线速度的变化趋势,为后期采煤机优化设计提供参考。
In order to improve the cutting efficiency of coal mining machine,PFC3D numerical simulation software was chosen to establish the coal wall model and analyze the cutting effect under different cutting parameters,and summarize the change trend of propulsion resistance with cutting distance and the change trend of cutting resistance and cutting ratio energy consumption with cutting line speed under different cutting angles respectively,so as to provide reference for the optimization design of coal mining machine in the future.
