摘要
针对新良友煤矿11102回风顺槽掘进期间出现顶板破碎现象,导致巷道掘进效率低、巷道成型率差等问题,分析了巷道围岩破碎机理,并根据掘进实际情况,对原顶板支护进行合理优化,提出“组合锚索+JW型锚索吊棚”联合加强支护技术。经实际应用表明,11102回风顺槽破碎顶板支护优化后,有效控制了顶板破碎、下沉现象,实测顶板下沉量控制在0.17 m以下,顶板锚杆失效率控制在5%以下,保证了巷道安全快速掘进,取得了显著应用成效。
Aiming at the problems of low roadway boring efficiency and poor roadway shaping rate due to the phenomenon of broken roof slab during the excavation of 11102 backwind chute in Xinlianyou coal mine,the mechanism of broken roadway surrounding rock was analyzed through technical research,and the original roof support was reasonably optimized according to the actual situation of excavation,and "combined anchor cable + JW type anchor cable shed" was proposed."The joint strengthening support technology was proposed.Through practical application,after the optimization of the broken roof support in the 11102 backwind chute,the phenomenon of broken and sinking roof plate was effectively controlled,and the measured sinking amount of roof plate was controlled below 0.17m,and the failure rate of roof anchor was controlled below 5%,which ensured the safe and fast digging of the roadway and achieved remarkable application results.
