摘要 为了改进带式输送机的检测技术,提出了一种带式输送机托辊早期故障检测的方法,依据时域和频域数据具有的不同属性向量,设计了四种实验,评估不同的数据结构设备早期的故障特征。结果表明,检测的性能取决于用作输入的不同数据故障结构差异。该成果可为矿井带式输送机故障检测方法研究提供依据。 In order to improve the detection technology of belt conveyors,a method for early fault detection of belt conveyor rollers is proposed.Four experiments are designed to evaluate the early fault characteristics of different data structure devices based on the fact that the time domain and frequency domain data have different attribute vectors.The results show that the performance of the detection depends on the different data fault structure differences used as input.The results of the study provide a basis for research on fault detection methods for belt conveyors in mines.
