摘要
针对刮板输送机自动化、智能化程度不断提高,故障诊断越来越复杂的现象,提出运用中部槽振动分析的方法进行刮板输送机链传动系统故障诊断研究。通过对刮板输送机及其链传动系统简要介绍、振动模态分析、动态传输模型建立、振动信号分析以及振动信号时频表示分析完成了刮板输送机链传动故障诊断的分析研究。经系统应用测试表明,400组数据系统故障判断准确,其准确率为100%,符合相关设计要求。
In view of the increasing automation and intelligence of the scraper conveyor and the increasing complexity of fault diagnosis,a study on the fault diagnosis of the chain drive system of the scraper conveyor using the method of vibration analysis of the central groove is proposed.Through a brief introduction of the scraper conveyor and its chain drive system,vibration modal analysis,dynamic transmission model establishment,vibration signal analysis and vibration signal time-frequency representation analysis completed the analysis and research of the scraper conveyor chain drive fault diagnosis.The system application test shows that the 400 sets of data system fault judgment is accurate,its accuracy rate is 100%,in line with the relevant design requirements.
