摘要
针对目前掘进机系统故障率高、故障排除速度慢、维护效果差的现状,提出了一种新的掘进机故障自动诊断系统。该系统以智能化监测为基础、以案例推理和规则推理的故障诊断逻辑为核心,实现了对掘进机运行状态的自动监测、故障自动诊断和报警。根据实际应用表明,该系统能够将掘进机故障排除时间降低92.4%以上,将掘进机运行时的故障率降低89.2%,对提升掘进机的运行稳定性和经济性具有重要的意义。
A new automatic fault diagnosis system of roadheader is proposed.The system is based on intelligent monitoring and fault diagnosis based on case inference and rule inference,and realises automatic monitoring,fault diagnosis and alarm for the operation status of roadheader.According to the practical application,the system can reduce the troubleshooting time of roadheader by more than 92.4% and the failure rate of roadheader operation by 89.2%,which is of great significance for improving the stability and economy of roadheader operation.
