摘要 为实现对液压支架姿态的精准监测,实时掌握液压支架的工作参数,为实际生产中对液压支架控制提供依据,在对液压支架姿态调整工作原理进行分析的基础上,提出了液压支架姿态监测系统的总体框架,并重点对姿态监测模块中的惯性测量模块、倾角测量模块和姿态监测模块等进行设计。通过验证支护高度、顶梁俯仰角和底座俯仰角的监测效果表明,三类参数的平均误差和相对误差均在可接受范围之内。 In order to achieve accurate monitoring of the attitude of the hydraulic support,to grasp the working parameters of the hydraulic support in real time and to provide a basis for the control of the hydraulic support in actual production,the general framework of the hydraulic support attitude monitoring system is proposed on the basis of the working principle of the hydraulic support attitude adjustment,and the design is focused on the inertia measurement module,the inclination measurement module and the attitude monitoring module in the attitude monitoring module.The results of the monitoring of the support height,top beam pitch angle and base pitch angle were verified to show that the average and relative errors of all three parameters were within acceptable limits.
