摘要
基于斜井运输时无轨胶轮车频繁出现刹车失灵,导致胶轮车出现撞车事故,严重威胁煤矿辅助运输安全的问题,三交河煤矿通过技术研究在斜井中安装了一套胶轮车感应防撞装置。通过实际应用效果来看,该装置具有保护动作灵敏度高、阻车效果好等优点,投入使用后斜井运输无轨胶轮车撞车事故率降低至4%以下,取得显著应用成效。
Based on the frequent brake failure of the trackless rubber wheel car in the inclined shaft transportation,which leads to the collision accident of the rubber wheel car and seriously threatens the safety of coal mine auxiliary transportation,Sanjiaohe coal mine has installed a set of rubber wheel car induction anti-collision device in the inclined shaft through technical research,and through the practical application effect,the device has the advantages of high sensitivity of protection action and good effect of car blocking.After it was put into use,the accident rate of untracked rubber wheel car in inclined shaft transportation was reduced to less than 4%,which achieved significant application effect.
