摘要
以兰花宝欣煤业为研究对象,在做好现场调研的基础上,结合理论分析、数值模拟和实验研究等方法开展智能化建设。简要分析了掘进工作面智能化系统的整体方案,重点对集控中心系统和EBZ200S掘进机智能化技术进行研究。通过在掘进工作面开展智能化建设工作,不仅极大地提升了矿井的安全性,同时使掘进效率显著提升,给兰花宝欣煤业带来了很好的效益。
Taking Lanhua Baoxin Coal Industry as the target,on the basis of good on-site research,the intelligent construction is carried out by combining theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and experimental research.The overall scheme of the intelligent system of the digging working face is briefly analyzed,focusing on the centralized control centre system and the intelligent technology of EBZ200S digging machine.By carrying out intelligent construction work at the digging face,not only has the safety of the mine been greatly improved,but also the digging efficiency has been significantly enhanced,bringing good benefits to Lanhua Baoxin Coal Industry.
