摘要
以对旋轴流式风机为研究对象,分析利用PLC技术的控制器的设计方法,在瓦斯监控系统的基础上,进一步完善瓦斯通风建设,有效提高掘进作业效率。实验证明,该设备的应用能够有效提升煤炭矿区作业量,尤其是一些容易聚集瓦斯的位置,可以利用该技术提高风机供风量。
Taking the counter-rotating axial flow fan as the research object,the design method of the controller using PLC technology is analyzed to further improve the construction of gas ventilation on the basis of gas detection system and effectively improve the efficiency of digging operations.The experiment proves that the application of this equipment can effectively enhance the operation of coal mines,especially in some locations where gas is easily accumulated,and the technology can be used to improve the air supply to the fans.
