摘要 针对掘进巷道过应力区时,传统锚杆(索)、矩形工字钢棚等支护效果差、支护不到位导致应力区巷道围岩破碎严重,严重制约巷道安全快速掘进的问题,长春兴煤矿通过技术研究,对103运输顺槽过F5断层应力区期间支护进行合理优化,提出了液压矩形钢棚支护。经实际应用,该支护界面大、支护强度高,有效控制了应力区围岩变形现象,取得了显著应用成效。 In view of the poor support effect of traditional anchors(ropes) and rectangular I-beam sheds when digging the roadway through the stress zone,and the lack of support leading to serious crushing of the surrounding rock in the stress zone roadway,which seriously restricts the safe and rapid digging of the roadway,Changchunxing Coal Mine,through technical research,reasonably optimizes the support during the stress zone of 103 transport chute over the F5 fault,proposes hydraulic rectangular steel shed support,and analyzes the support structure and working principle.After practical application,the support interface is large and the strength of the support is high,which effectively controls the deformation of the surrounding rock in the stress zone and achieves significant application results.
