As a key equipment in China’s mining operations,the reliability of the operation of mining hoist directly affects the overall economic efficiency and safety of mining operations.Based on PLC technology,the online monitoring system of mine hoist is designed,including the overall design of the system scheme and system overview,in which advanced sensor devices are used in the system hardware design and a powerful software system is supplemented.The system is able to monitor several key parameters in the operation of the mine hoist in real time,effectively improving the safety and reliability of the mine hoist.
