摘要 针对带式输送机需要满载启动时运转功率远远超过额定功率,使得带式输送机在长距离输送时造成人力、物力资源消耗的问题,提出了一种新型的带式输送机双合成动力系统。该系统实际上是将一个液压马达并联到主驱动电动机上,以辅助主电机进行驱动,使得装机的功率有效降低,实用性较高。 A new type of belt conveyor double synthetic power system is proposed for the problem that the running power far exceeds the rated power when the belt conveyor needs to be started at full load,which makes the belt conveyor cause the consumption of human and material resources during long distance conveying.The system actually connects a hydraulic motor in parallel to the main drive motor to auxiliary the main motor for driving,which makes the power of the installed machine effectively reduced with high practicality.
