摘要 针对某煤矿企业矿井提升机变频调速系统的需求现状,开展交-直-交变频器在矿井提升机中的应用研究。结果表明,该系统运行稳定可靠,实现了矿井提升机变频控制的要求;变频系统的应用,使提升机达到了重载高功率和轻载低功率运行的目的,大大降低了矿井提升机的电能消耗,减缓了提升机结构件的磨损与材料消耗,提高了提升机的有效利用率,降低了煤炭采掘成本,能够为煤炭企业产生很好的经济效益。 In view of the current demand of a mine hoist variable frequency speed control system in a coal mine enterprise,the research on the application of AC-DC frequency converter in mine hoist is carried out,and the results show that the system operates stably and reliably and realizes the requirements of mine hoist variable frequency control.The application of inverter system in mine hoist makes the hoist achieve the purpose of heavy load high power and light load low power operation,which greatly reduces the electrical energy consumption of mine hoist,slows down the wear and material consumption of hoist structural parts,improves the effective utilization rate of hoist,reduces the cost of coal mining,and can generate good economic benefits for coal enterprises.
