摘要
针对起重机控制系统存在的线路复杂、可维护性差、故障率高的问题,设计基于无线通信的起重机控制系统。重点分析了起重机无线控制方案的系统设计和软硬件设计,设置起重机无线控制平台,通过无线监控平台替代控制手柄、操作开关等有线控制按钮,提高起重机控制系统的智能化水平,保障起重机运行可靠、稳定、高效。
To design the crane control system based on wireless communication for the problems of complex wiring,poor maintainability and high failure rate of the crane control system.Focus on the analysis of the crane wireless control program system design and hardware and software design,set the crane wireless control platform,wireless monitoring platform instead of control handles,operating switches and other wired control buttons,improve the level of intelligence of the crane control system to ensure reliable,stable and efficient crane operation.
