摘要
以部分断面掘进机为控制对象,对掘进机自动掘进系统进行应用设计。详细分析了该自动系统采用基于BP神经网络PID控制器的动态响应特性。仿真结果表明:基于BP神经网络PID控制器动态响应特性好,且具有更好的鲁棒性,对非线性控制效果也比较显著,利于截割断面一次成型。
The application design of the automatic roadheading system of roadheading machine is carried out with partial section roadheading machine as the control object,and the dynamic response characteristics of this automatic system using BP neural network based PID controller are analyzed in detail.The simulation results show that the BP neural network-based PID controller has good dynamic response characteristics and better robustness,and also has a significant effect on non-linear control,which is conducive to cutting sections in one go.
