摘要
受煤层赋存条件、生产管理等因素制约,带式输送机煤流量变化较大,长时间处于轻载、空载状态,若带式输送机一直保持高速运行,会明显增加设备能耗以及磨损量。基于此,提出采用运行速度控制系统对带式输送机运行进行控制,该系统通过速度传感器、皮带秤监测输送机带速度以及煤流量,通过上位机内置的调速程序确定合理速度并依靠变频器调节运行速度。对运行速度控制硬件、软件结构以及现场应用情况等进行分析,结果表明,运行速度控制系统运行稳定,可满足煤炭运输需求,并能降低设备运行能耗以及磨损。
Due to the constraints of coal seam deposit conditions,production management and other factors,the coal flow rate of belt conveyor varies greatly,and it is in a light or no-load condition for a long time,which will significantly increase the energy consumption and wear of the equipment if the belt conveyor keeps running at high speed.The running speed control system monitors the belt speed and coal flow through speed sensors and belt scales,determines a reasonable speed through the speed control program built into the host computer and relies on frequency converters to adjust the running speed.The analysis of the operating speed control hardware,software structure and field application shows that the proposed operating speed control system is stable and can meet the needs of coal transportation and reduce energy consumption and wear of the equipment.
