基于应力波法的锚杆长度无损检测系统设计与应用

摘要 针对目前锚杆长度无损检测中应力波法缺乏无损检测系统的现状,开发了一套无损检测系统,完成了系统总体结构、硬件组成和软件工作流程的设计。应用结果表明,该系统在锚杆长度检测过程中具有较好的精度,检测误差能够保持在3%范围之内,可满足锚杆长度质量检测的要求,具有较好的应用前景。 A non-destructive testing system was developed to address the current situation of lacking a non-destructive testing system for the stress wave method,and the overall structure,hardware composition and software workflow of the system were completed.The application results show that the system has good accuracy in the process of anchor rod length inspection,and the error can be kept within 3%,which can meet the requirements of anchor rod length quality inspection and has good application prospects.
