摘要
针对煤矿井下通风机传统监控系统自动化水平低、故障自检效果差等技术难题,大斗沟煤矿通过技术研究,对通风机安装了一套以PLC为核心技术的自动监控系统。通过实际应用发现,该系统具有配置灵活、功能丰富以及维护方便、扩展性能强等优点,实现了煤矿井下通风机远程监控的目的,取得显著应用成效。
In view of the traditional monitoring system for underground ventilation fans in coal mines,the technical problems such as low automation level and poor self-testing effect of faults,Daduogou coal mine installed a PLC-based automatic monitoring system for ventilation fans through technical research,and found through practical application that the system has the advantages of flexible configuration,rich functions,easy maintenance and strong expansion performance,realizing the purpose of remote monitoring of underground ventilation fans in coal mines.The system has achieved significant results.
