煤矿主运输系统带式输送机打滑机理及预防措施

摘要 针对某矿主斜井带式输送机在运输煤矸时出现打滑现象,严重威胁输送机安全运输性能,增加输送机故障率以及维修成本费用的问题,重点分析了主斜井带式输送机出现打滑现象的主要原因,并根据实际情况提出了合理有效的打滑预防措施。通过实际应用效果来看,采取措施后保证了主斜井带式输送机安全稳定运行,输送机打滑故障率降低至3%以下,输送机维修费用全年可减少21.7万元,取得显著应用成效。 Aiming at the slipping phenomenon of belt conveyor in the main inclined shaft of a mine when transporting coal gangue,which seriously threatens the safe transportation performance of the conveyor and increases the failure rate and maintenance cost of the conveyor,the main reasons for the slipping phenomenon of belt conveyor in the main inclined shaft are analyzed and reasonable and effective preventive measures for slipping are proposed according to the actual situation.Through the practical application effect,the measures ensure the safe and stable operation of the belt conveyor in the main inclined shaft,the failure rate of the conveyor slipping is reduced to less than 3%,and the maintenance cost of the conveyor is reduced by 217,000 yuan,which has achieved significant application effect.
