新一代信息技术环境下的全生命周期质量管理

The entire life cycle quality management in the new generation of information technology environment

以互联网、大数据、云计算与人工智能技术为代表的新一代信息技术的不断发展与广泛应用,推动了质量管理的思维变革和方法创新,质量管理在概念和运行机理上均发生了巨大的变化.本文首先分析了新一代信息技术对质量管理的影响;然后,针对新一代信息技术环境下质量管理的新需求、新挑战,提出了由质量管理概念体系、质量保证体系和质量管理方法体系构成的全生命周期质量管理体系;以电动汽车为例介绍了全生命周期质量管理的现实内涵;最后,提出了全生命周期质量管理相关研究的问题,为新一代信息技术环境下的全生命周期质量管理理论与方法的进一步研究凝练了相关研究方向.

The continuous development and wide application of the new generation of information technology represented by the Internet,big data,cloud computing and artificial intelligence technology has promoted the thinking reform and method innovation of quality management.Quality management has undergone tremendous changes in both concept and operational mechanisms.This paper first analyzes the impact of the new generation of information technology on quality management.Then,aiming at the new requirements and new challenges of quality management under the new generation of information technology environment,the entire life cycle quality management system,guarantee system,and method system are proposed,which is composed of the entire life cycle quality management concept system,quality guarantee system,and method system.Next,taking the electric vehicle as an example,the practical connotation of the entire life cycle quality management is introduced.Finally,the research issues related to the entire life cycle quality management are put forward,which summarizes the relevant research direction for the research and improvement of the entire life cycle quality management theories and methods under the new generation of information technology environment.
