社区自组织建设是透视社会建设的重要窗口。“政党建设社会”这一路径主要体现为社区党组织通过发挥自身的政治优势,在社区自组织建设的不同阶段进行相应的要素培育,确保其能够遵循自组织逻辑而成长为社区治理的重要主体和构建活力社会的重要基础。这种政治优势具体可归纳为社区党员的社会化身份优势、社区党组织的资源枢纽角色优势及注重“过程—结果”的价值理性优势。正是基于这一政治优势,社区党组织在推进社区自组织建设的实践中,有效超越了政府科层体制下的技术治理局限,并突破了社区自组织内生动力不足的困境,从而确保社区自组织建设顺利推进。
