摘要
通过对内创业概念以及领先企业开展内创业活动典型经验的梳理,深化了对内创业本质的认识,带动了二元组织、组织—领导—员工关系等相关领域研究,拓展了多元化、创新管理的理论边界。同时也启发了对内创业如何发起、需要具备哪些条件、如何治理等问题的讨论。
By combing the concept of internal entrepreneurship and the typical experience of leading enterprises in carrying out internal entrepreneurship activities, this paper deepens the understanding of the essence of internal entrepreneurship, drives the research on dual organization, organization-leader-employee relationship and other related fields, and expands the theoretical boundary of diversified and innovative management.At the same time, it also inspired discussions on how to initiate intrapreneurship, what conditions need to be met, and how to manage it.
