摘要
多属性决策是指在已有的决策信息下对备选方案进行排序或者择优,它在能源、政治、环境和商业等领域有着广泛的应用。但在实际的应用中,由于许多对象存在属性信息的不准确性或不确定性,针对这种情况,提出了一种基于聚合单值中智集的多属性决策新模型。首先,通过决策专家评价得到了决策矩阵,给出了单值中智集的得分函数,进而得到了正理想方案和负理想方案。其次,利用TOPSIS法对所有备选方案进行排序,确定最优的决策方案。最后,通过软件评估算例和对比分析说明了该方法的有效性和合理性。
Multi-attribute decision-making(MADM)refers to ranking or selecting the best alternatives based on the existing decision information.It is widely used in energy,politics,environment and business.But in practical application,because many objects have inaccuracy or uncertainty of attribute information,in order to solve this problem,a new MADM model based on single-valued neutrosophic sets aggregation is proposed.Firstly,the decision matrix is obtained through the evaluation of decision experts,and the score function of single-valued neutrosophic sets(SVNSs)is given,so the positive ideal solution and the negative ideal solution are getted.Secondly,TOPSIS method is used to sort all the alternatives and determine the optimal decision scheme.Finally,an example of software evaluation and comparative analysis are given to illustrate the effectiveness and rationality of the method.
