“双碳”目标下智慧社区新能源消纳的政策与技术研究 被引量:1

Policy and technology research on new energy consumption in smart communities under the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality strategy

摘要 在“碳达峰、碳中和”战略背景下,提高智慧社区新能源消纳成为当前社区低碳发展的重点。本文从能源体制改革、相关技术发展、用户成本等角度出发,分析新能源技术在智慧社区中的发展状况,指出现有新能源技术在智慧社区应用中存在的弊端;通过对传统新能源消纳模式、智慧社区能源供求相关性等进行分析,总结影响智慧社区新能源消纳的关键因素;综合考虑不同时段下市电价格、新能源设备出力特点、社区能源供求关系的差异性等,提出一种改变智慧社区新能源消纳的时序方法,通过转移各时段新能源出力,以增强社区能源供求相关一致性,提高新能源的利用价值;最后,通过两个社区案例对所提新能源消纳策略进行验证,结果表明:所提策略增强了负荷曲线与新能源出力曲线相关性,提高了社区新能源的消纳能力和削峰填谷能力,提高了居民用能的经济性。 In the context of "carbon peaking and carbon neutrality", improving new energy consumption in smart communities has become the focus of low-carbon development in current communities. From the perspectives of energy system reform, technology development,and user costs, the development of new energy technologies in smart communities are analyzed, and the shortcomings of existing new energy technologies in smart community applications are pointed out. By analyzing the traditional new energy consumption mode and the correlation between energy supply and demand in smart communities, the key factors affecting new energy consumption in smart communities are summarized. Considering city electricity price at different time periods, the output characteristics of new energy equipment, and the difference between the supply and demand of community energy, a time-sequential method to change the consumption of new energy in smart communities is proposed. By transferring the output of new energy in each period, it can enhance the consistency of energy supply and demand in the community and improve the value of new energy. Finally, the proposed new energy consumption strategy is verified through two community cases. The results show that under the proposed strategy, the correlation between the load curve and the new energy output curve is enhanced,the capacity of community new energy consumption and peak-shaving and valley-filling capacity are improved, and the economy of residential energy consumption is improved.
