倒置式电流互感器家族性缺陷分析

Analysis of Family Defect in Inverted Current Transformers

针对某厂家生产的3台倒置式电流互感器乙炔含量异常的缺陷,进行诊断性试验,发现局部放电量超标。对异常电流互感器进行解体检查,其器身颈部均存在贯穿性放电痕迹,其余部位未见明显放电迹象,分析确定器身颈部与瓷套法兰尺寸配合不合理和绝缘纸包扎工艺不成熟是缺陷的主要原因,并提出了相应的运检建议。

In allusion to the defect of abnormal acetylene content in three inverted current transformers produced by the same manufacturer,a diagnostic test is carried out and it is found that partial discharge exceeds the standard.The abnormal current transformers are disassembled and inspected,the penetrating discharge traces are found at the neck of the current transformers and no obvious discharge traces are identified at other parts.It is determined that the main reasons for the defect are the unreasonable size matching between the neck and the porcelain bushing flange and the immature wrapping process of insulating paper.The corresponding suggestions for operation and inspection are put forward.
