面向职业全周期的技能人才培养路线探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of Training Route of Skilled Talents for Whole Career Cycle

研究了职业教育的现状和问题,分析了组织、岗位、个体3个层面的需求,确定技能人才职业全周期成长路线,提出了面向职业全周期的技能人才培养体系,并以某职业院校为例进行实践。实践证明,该体系能有效提升技能人才培养质量。

The current situation and problems of vocational education are studied,the needs of organizations,posts and individuals are analyzed,a full cycle career growth route for skilled talents is determined,the training system of skilled talents for whole ca⁃reer cycle is put forward,and a vocational college is taken as an example of implementation.The practice shows that the system can effectively improve the training quality of skilled talents.
