全球公共卫生背景下国际移民罹患传染病的风险及应对措施

Infectious disease risks and countermeasures of international immigrants in the context of global public health

随着全球化发展,跨境人口迁移及国际移民的大量增加已成为全球公共卫生面临的巨大挑战。国际移民因频繁的跨境迁移,其罹患传染病及传播疾病的风险均大大增加,且常因无法及时获得相应的医疗卫生服务,其健康状况不容乐观。本文针对国际移民的健康问题,对国际移民罹患传染病的风险及危险因素、面临的医疗卫生服务障碍等进行综合分析,并结合当下国际面临的传染病跨国传播及协同防控进行相关探讨。

With the development of globalization,the sharply increased cross-border immigration and international immigrants have becoming a great challenge for global public health. Frequent cross-border immigration of international immigrants greatly increase the risk of infectious and transmitted diseases of the community,and the health status is not optimistic due to lacking of timely access to appropriate health services. Focusing on the health issues of international immigrants,this paper made a comprehensive analysis of the risks and related factors of infectious diseases of international immigrants,as well as the barriers to medical and health services they faced,and discussed the cross-border spread of infectious diseases and the coordinated prevention and control of infectious diseases in the current international situation.
