摘要 步入信息化的21世纪,社会的发展速度随着时代的浪潮不断加快,各行各业逐渐进入新媒体时代,而新媒体时代的到来为一些传统的行业注入了全新的活力。新媒体时代下的文化馆工作者只有从众多的信息中筛选出符合人们需求的信息,不断提升自身的短视频制作与传播能力,才能实现文化宣传的目标。该文首先阐明了新媒体时代媒介素养的概念,然后深入分析了新媒体时代文化馆面临的挑战及当前文化馆工作人员在短视频制作与传播方面存在的问题,提出了新媒体时代文化馆短视频制作与传播的优化对策,以期对文化馆未来的发展有一定的促进作用。 As we enter the 21st century of informatization, the development speed of society is accelerating with the tide of the times. All walks of life have gradually entered the new media era, and the arrival of the new media era has also injected new vitality into some traditional industries. In the era of new media, cultural museum workers can achieve the goal of cultural publicity only by screening out the information that meets people’s needs from the vast amount of information and constantly improving their short video production and communication ability. This paper first expounds the concept of media literacy in the new media era, then deeply analyzes the challenges faced by the cultural museum in the new era and the problems existing in the production and dissemination of short videos caused by the staff of the cultural museum at the current stage, and puts forward the optimization countermeasures for the production and dissemination of short videos in the cultural museum in the new media era, with the hope to promote the future development of the cultural center.
