殡葬改革是一个复杂的系统工程,需要“德治”的潜移默化,也需要“法治”的警醒约束。殡葬改革需通过仪式的民俗变革以反作用于法规的国家意志,形成对社会心理的有序反作用和对民众精神世界的有效催化。仪式是现代殡葬礼俗的显性形态,该文基于现代殡葬仪式的一般形式,分析了现代殡葬仪式的两难处境,论证了现代殡葬仪式的3种心理效力。

Funeral reform is a complex systematic project, which needs not only the imperceptible influence of moral governance, but also the vigilance and restraint of legal governance. Funeral reform needs to be carried out through the folk custom reform of rituals so as to counteract the national will of laws and regulations, form an orderly reaction to social psychology, and effectively catalyze the spiritual world of the people. Ceremony is an obvious form of modern funeral customs. According to the general form of modern funeral ceremony, this paper analyzes the dilemma of modern funeral ceremony, and demonstrates three psychological effects of modern funeral ceremony.
