高校文化和地方文化共谋发展的路径初探——以汉语言文学专业为例

On the Path of the Collusive Development of College Culture and Local Culture——Taking the Chinese Language and Literature as an Example

文化是一个国家综合实力的重要体现,而对于一所高校而言,其文化发展离不开赖以生存的地方文化。高校文化与地方文化共谋发展,才能互利共赢、持久发展。该文结合汉语言文学专业,探析高校文化与地方文化共谋发展的必然性,共谋发展中面临资源未能共享、校外实习基地建设体系不健全、专业研究队伍结构不合理等困境,提出开发相关文化衍生产品、文化资源共享方式多样化、打造专业研究团队等共谋发展路径,为双方文化的发展提供一些帮助。

Culture is an important embodiment of a country’s comprehensive strength, and for a university, its cultural development is inseparable from the local culture on which it depends. Only by seeking common development between university culture and local culture can we achieve mutual benefit and win-win results and sustainable development. This paper combines the Chinese language and literature major, explores the inevitability of the common development of university culture and local culture, the dilemma of unshared resources, imperfect construction system of offcampus internship bases, and unreasonable structure of professional research teams in the process of joint development,and proposes to develop relevant cultural derivative products, diversify cultural resource sharing methods, and build professional research teams to seek common development paths, so as to provide some help for the development of both cultures.
