摘要 介绍了基于数字孪生技术与工业互联网技术的步进滑台远程虚实同步实现方法和总体架构。设计开发了步进滑台的远程监控程序和适合于手机App、WEB网页的云监控画面,实现了步进滑台的远程智能监控,基于西门子的NX-MCD对步进滑台进行了数字孪生设计,介绍了虚实信号交互的方法和原理,通过OPCDA通信实现了物理信号与虚拟信号的实时传送,实现了步进滑台的物理设备与数字孪生设备的远程虚实同步及三维可视化智能监控。经验证,利用该技术在教育领域远程教学中开展线上“云实训”,学生无需到设备现场即可远程完成实操训练,变革了教学模式和教学空间,达到了较好的效果。另外,远程虚实同步相关技术也可以为智能制造工程领域中机电设备的远程三维可视化监控提供一定的参考。 The implementation method and overall architecture of remote virtual real synchronization of step slide were introduced based on digital twin technology and industrial Internet technology.The remote monitoring program of the stepping slide and the cloud monitoring screen suitable for mobile phone App and WEB page were designed and developed,the remote intelligent monitoring of the stepping slide was realized.Based on the NX-MCD of Siemens,the digital twin design of the stepping slide was carried out,introduced the method and principle of virtual and real signal interaction,and it realized the real-time transmission of physical signals and virtual signals through OPCDA communication.The remote virtual real synchronization and three-dimensional visual intelligent monitoring of the physical equipment and digital twin equipment of the stepping slide table were realized.It has been verified that using the technology to carry out online"cloud practical training"in distance teaching in the field of education,students can complete the practical training remotely without going to the equipment site,which has changed the teaching mode and teaching space and achieved good results.In addition,the remote virtual real synchronization technology can also provide some reference for the remote 3D visual monitoring of electromechanical equipment in the field of intelligent manufacturing engineering.
