纯电动客车动力系统参数匹配与仿真分析 被引量:1

摘要 依据纯电动客车整车参数与性能指标,针对驱动电机、动力系统传动比以及动力电池关键动力部件进行了参数匹配。利用参数匹配所得到的结果,基于Cruise软件分别建立整车模块、驱动电机模块、减速器模块、动力电池模块以及车轮等模块,最终完成整车仿真模型的建立,根据整车动力性能与经济性能指标要求为整车设定仿真任务。以整车的最高车速、加速时间以及最大爬坡度作为整车动力性能指标,以NEDC循环工况和40 km/h等速循环工况续航里程作为整车经济性能指标。仿真结果表明整车动力系统参数匹配结果合理,研究分析内容为纯电动客车参数匹配与仿真提供相关的参考意义。 According to the parameters and performance indicators of pure electric bus,the parameters of the key power components of the drive motor,the powertrain ratio and the power battery were matched.The result obtained by matching parameters,based on cruise software,the vehicle module,drive motor module,reducer module,power battery module and wheel module were established,and the establishment of the vehicle simulation model was finally completed,according to the requirements of the vehicle's dynamic performance and economic performance indicators,the simulation task was set for the whole vehicle.The maximum speed,acceleration time and maximum climbing performance of the vehicle were taken as the dynamic performance indicators,and the NEDC cycle and 40 km/h constant speed cycle working range were taken as the economic performance indicators.The simulation results show that the parameters matching results of the vehicle powertrain system are reasonable,and the research process provides relevant reference significance for the parameter matching and simulation of pure electric bus.
