摘要
基于模具钢的回火表面硬度、抗拉强度和屈服强度等力学性能的分析,建立了电阻式模具炉、红外线模具炉工作过程中的温升曲线和控制流程图,以及变频控制电磁感应加热模具炉工作过程中的温升曲线和控制流程图,分析和对比了非电磁感应模具炉和电磁感应模具炉的运行原理、状况和特点,给出了变频控制电磁感应模具炉在实际使用过程中的温度控制策略和注意事项。基于挤压A厂最近两年以来使用非电磁感应模具炉和电磁感应模具炉的情况,对挤压生产线的模具异常率、产品成品率进行了统计和分析。研究结果表明,电磁感应模具炉对比非电磁感应模具炉在控制原理上能有效降低模具异常率并提高模具寿命,能提高铝挤压产品成品率,变频控制电磁感应加热技术在铝挤压模具炉上值得推广和应用。
Based on the analysis of mechanical properties such as tempering surface hardness,tensile strength and yield strength of die steel,the temperature rise curve and control flow chart in the working process of resistance die furnace and infrared die furnace were established,and the temperature rise curve and control flow chart in the working process of frequency conversion controlled electromagnetic induction heating die furnace were established.The operation principle,status and characteristics of non electromagnetic induction die furnace and electromagnetic induction die furnace were analyzed and compared.The temperature control strategy and precautions of frequency conversion controlled electromagnetic induction die furnace in practical use were given.After using non electromagnetic induction die furnace and electromagnetic induction die furnace in extrusion plant A in the past two years,the die abnormality rate and product yield of extrusion production line were counted and analyzed.The results show that compared with non electromagnetic induction die furnace,electromagnetic induction die furnace can effectively reduce the abnormal rate of die and improve the service life of die,and improve the yield of aluminum extrusion products.Frequency conversion controlled electromagnetic induction heating technology is worthy of popularization and application in aluminum extrusion die furnace.
