摘要
在现代船舶设计建造过程中,船只存储喷气燃料越来越常见,在存储过程中,应使用冷却降温等方法保证喷气燃料安全存储。某船用直升机保障系统采用罐式集装箱存储喷气燃料,可在船只甲板面上临时加装,为保证放置在甲板上的罐式集装箱在日晒高温环境中保持一定的安全温度,采用水冷方式对其进行降温。针对水冷系统设计问题,首先分析了甲板上存储喷气燃料的罐式集装箱与一般化工厂区油罐的工作环境差别,梳理罐式集装箱可用的水冷系统设计方案,然后通过热力学平衡方程对水冷系统设计关键点———冷却水供给量进行分析计算,样机试验结果与计算结果基本一致,验证了计算方法的准确性,在此基础上归纳了罐式集装箱水冷系统冷却水供给量的计算方法,可为类似水冷系统设计分析提供参考。
During the construction of modern ships,it is increasingly common for jet fuel to be stored.In the storage process,the cooling of the gas can be used to ensure the safe storage of jet fuel.A Marine helicopter support system uses tank containers to store jet fuel,which can be temporarily installed on the deck of the ship.In order to ensure that the tank containers placed on the deck can maintain a certain safe temperature in the sun and high temperature environment,water cooling is used to cool them.Aiming at the design of water cooling system,firstly,the differences between the jet fuel tank container and the general chemical plant tank under the ship environment were analyzed,and then the common cooling system design scheme of the tank container was summarized.Then combined with a project example,using the heat balance equation to calculate the cooling water supply of one of the key points in the design of its water-cooling system.The results of theoretical calculation were basically consistent with the relevant test results of the equipment manufacturer.The accuracy of the calculation method was verified on the side.On this basis,the general calculation flow of cooling water supply for the container water cooling system of jet fuel tank type under the ship environment was extracted,which provided a certain reference for the design and calculation of its cooling system.
