Xi Jinping’s important exposition of labor has three characteristics.First,the two-dimensional unity of labor value.It emphasizes that labor is not only the source of personal happiness and self-worth,but also creates Chinese civilization and promotes social progress.The life value of workers is embodied in the organic unity of personal value and social value.Secondly,the systematic comprehensiveness of labor theory gives a comprehensive answer to the questions of“what kind of labor is needed in the new era”,“how to work in the new era”and“for whom is the labor in the new era”.Thirdly,the multi-level nature of the discussion of the object of labor education,from the different subject levels of teenagers,workers and Party members and cadres,carries out layered and classified interpretation of labor education.
