法律语言学视域下的法律俄语语言特点研究

Research on the characteristics of legal Russian language from the perspective of forensic linguistics

随着中国参与全球治理和国际法治进程的不断深入,国家对高层次涉外法治人才的需要日益迫切,且对法律外语的发展也提出了更高的要求。其中,法律俄语理论及实践的发展对于中俄两国乃至汉语与俄语区国家的法治交流具有重要意义。本文以法律俄语为研究对象,对该学科的相关概念进行了界定,梳理了该学科发展的历史,归纳总结了法律俄语在词汇、语法、语篇等方面的特点,以期为中国法律俄语学的发展提供借鉴。

With the deepening of China’s participation in the process of global governance and international rule of law,the country’s need for high-level foreign-related legal talents has become increasingly urgent,and it has also put forward higher requirements for the development of legal foreign languages.Among them,the development of legal Russian theory and practice is of great significance to the legal exchanges between China and Russia,and even between China and Russian-speaking countries.Taking legal Russian as the research object,this paper defines the relevant concepts of the discipline,sorts out the development history of the discipline,summarizes the characteristics of legal Russian in terms of morphology,syntax and discourse in order to provide reference for the development of Chinese legal Russian studies.
