有氧运动和抗阻运动对2型糖尿病糖脂代谢影响的Meta分析 被引量:10

Meta Analysis of the Effects of Aerobic Training and Resistance Training on Glucolipid Metabolism in Type 2 Diabetes

摘要 收集采用有氧与抗阻运动干预2型糖尿病患者的随机对照试验进行Meta分析,共纳入12篇文献,477例患者.与抗阻运动相比,有氧运动对空腹血糖(SMD:0.12,95%CI:-0.16~0.39)、空腹胰岛素(SMD:0.12,95%CI:-0.20~0.43)、餐后2 h血糖(SMD:-0.03,95%CI:-0.28~0.22)、糖化血红蛋白(WMD:-0.04,95%CI:-0.21~0.12)、总胆固醇(SMD:0.02,95%CI:-0.22~0.26)、甘油三酯(SMD:-0.24,95%CI:-0.48~0)、高密度脂蛋白(SMD:0.06,95%CI:-0.22~0.34)、低密度脂蛋白(SMD:-0.07,95%CI:-0.34~0.21)均无显著改善效果.结果表明有氧运动与抗阻运动在改善2型糖尿病患者糖脂代谢方面作用相近,受纳入文献质量和数量的限制,后续需要更多高质量文献验证结果. The randomized controlled trials of aerobic and resistance training intervention in patients with type 2 diabetes were collected for Meta-analysis.A total of 12 literature with 477 patients were included.Compared to resistance training,Meta-analysis showed that aerobic training had no statistically significant difference in improving indicators of fasting blood glucose(SMD:0.12,95%CI:-0.16-0.39),fasting insulin(SMD:0.12,95%CI:-0.20-0.43),2h postprandial glucose(SMD:-0.03,95%CI:-0.28-0.22),glycated hemoglobin(WMD:-0.04,95%CI:-0.21-0.12),total cholesterol(SMD:0.02,95%CI:-0.22-0.26),triglycerides(SMD:-0.24,95%CI:-0.48-0),high-density lipoprotein(SMD:0.06,95%CI:-0.22-0.34),and low-density lipoprotein(SMD:-0.07,95%CI:-0.34-0.21).The results suggested that aerobic training and resistance training had the similar effects on improving glucolipid metabolism in patients with type 2 diabetes.Limited by the quality and quantity of included literature,more high-quality literature are needed to further verify the results.
